Our desire is to not only create beautiful Web Properties for Domain Name Owners, but to build a strong, businesship (business relationship) with our Clients before, during, and after the site development process. The first step to establishing such a relationship is by implementing a contractual agreement with all parties involved. Sometimes it is best to have a few simple things written down so that all know what is what, who should do what, and what happens if something is not understood. In this contract, you won't find complicated legal terms or large passages of unreadable text. We have no desire to trick you into signing something that you might later regret. We do want what's best for the well-being of both parties, now and in the future.  

ALL CONTRACTS MUST BE ELECTRONICALLY SIGNED AND DATED BEFORE THE CONTRACT IS VALID 

If there should be any legal dispute, the laws of the state of Arizona shall apply.  

Consent to electronic Website Design & Publishing Contract  

We are providing a safe way for you to sign your contract. If you do not provide consent for electronic delivery of your Website Property Development Contract, you may still use the email process to sign it.   

If you provide consent for electronic delivery of your Website Property Development Contract, you may revoke this consent at any time by canceling it, but please note that there is a cancellation fee.
