My account was suspended due to to policy violations
If your account is suspended due to policy violations, depending on what that violation was, you may or may not be able to reinstate with us. Please contact us so that we can review your suspension to determine if we will reactivate your account or terminate it.
My account was suspended upon your request
If your account is suspended because you requested it to be for a period of time AND we approved it, your account will automatically restore on the date that you requested. If your account is not restored at the requested time, contact us immediately so that we can get you up and running. Don't forget that we require your GriotSites ID to make any changes on your account. This is set in place as an extra security measure on your account.

My account was suspended due to security reasons
We do what we can to keep your account(s) safe. If we suspect that your account has been compromised and you have not responded to the "security alert" emails (you will receive 3 within 10 days), we will automatically suspend the account until the security breech is rectified. Please note that their is a $15 restoration fee so make sure you respond to all emails by GriotSites.com. Also, make sure we are on your "safe list" so that our emails won't end up in the spam box.
